The remodeling process begins with an initial consultation, where our team at Casamana sits down with you to discuss your vision, goals, and budget for your remodeling project. We take the time to understand your unique style, preferences, and specific requirements. Once we have a clear understanding of the vision and scope of the project, we will go through each detail, ensuring a plan is devised to accomplish your desired outcomes.


After the planning and scope alignment phase, we provide you with a detailed proposal and estimate for your project. We believe in transparency, so our proposal includes a breakdown of the costs, materials, and expected timeline. You'll have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the process.


After approving the proposal, signing the contract, and submitting the deposit, we dive into the exciting phase of designing your space and selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes. Our experienced team collaborates closely with you, offering design packages ranging from simple floor plans to full renderings. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure high-quality materials are sourced, making the selection process efficient and hassle-free. If a building permit is required, we handle the drafting and submission of plans for approval.


With the design, materials, and permits in place, our skilled construction team begins the renovation process. We handle all aspects of the project, managing the construction schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection. Throughout the construction phase, we provide regular updates, keeping you informed of the progress.


As the construction nears completion, we conduct a thorough quality assurance check to ensure that every aspect of the remodel meets our high standards. To get a ball park estimate of what a remodel will cost we've compiled preset spaces that we've installed in the past. Browse our catalog of design packages and select one that you'd like to see in your space. Click each step for more details.

Provide your space's measurements to see what the estimated project cost will be. At this stage you can also choose if you want to DIY the project or have us install your new space.

Once everything is as desired and the estimate is at a number you're comfortable with. Add the design to cart, checkout, pay the deposit, and one of our representatives will reach out to you to confirm the project scope.

Designed Spaces

In attempt to be transparent with our pricing we provide our customers general estimates of what a project may cost based on rates and request a modest initial deposit to cover the time our teams spend on the project to prepare for the initial call. As such, the initial deposit is non-refundable but if the final project cost estimate is accepted the initial deposit will be applied to the material deposit. During the consultation call our team will go over the deposits and payment schedules in more detail. Additionally, the general estimated project cost is intended to provide a ball park estimate and is not the final estimate to perform the work. The final project cost estimate will be determined after the full scope of the project has been determined and agreed upon.
